Ettenheim Scholarships Award
This scholarship is given to provide hands-on learning opportunities for students majoring in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. It involves a project where there is personal collection of data over land and/or water with an emphasis on physical meteorology, followed by a written report at the completion of the research project.
This scholarship was created in 1998 with several stipulations. The project may not involve satellites or data taken from space and may not be a computer-based study, although a computer may be used to store and/or manipulate data. It may be granted to the same individual(s) for up to 3 years.
