Jerrold Acdan

I am a graduate student in the Pierce Research Group within the Space Science and Engineering Center. In my research I investigate the spatial distribution of air pollutants (e.g., NOx, HCHO, and ozone) and their transport in a variety of ways, such as analyzing satellite data and output from atmospheric chemistry models. Currently, I am a member of the AOS Mentorship Program (AMP) coordinating committee and the AOS Summer Research Program (SRP) planning committee.

Before coming to UW-Madison in fall 2019, I received my B.A. in Chemistry and Geography from UC Berkeley in 2017 and worked as a Project Coordination Fellow at NASA Ames Research Center for the DEVELOP National Program.
